At Faith we believe everyone has something they can do to impact the lives of others in the Kingdom of God. From our perspective, every member of Faith is a minister, every person is gifted in some area and every task is important. Adult Special Needs Team: This team serves adult guests with special needs by providing specific and intentional care and ministry through Sunday morning class developed just for them.

Baptism Host Team
This team helps to serve on Baptism Sundays by greeting, checking people in, making sure they have what they need and – most of all – by celebrating their decision to get baptized.
Communion Team
This team works behind the scenes to prepare the communion elements the Saturday before services in which communion is served.
FSM Middle & High School Team
This team builds the next generation. They pour into the lives of the students by leading small groups, assisting with sound and AV, helping with set up and tear down, and much more.
Growth Track Team
This team hosts the Growth Track by greeting guests and providing assistance throughout the track to connect people with Jesus and the church.
Impact Room Team
This team serves in the Impact Team Room by hosting on Sunday mornings. Give warm smiles, and fellowship with those who make a difference at our church.
KIDS Team
This team has many opportunities to allow families with children to feel welcome and taken care of in a multitude of ways.
Media Team
This team captures the life going on at Faith through photography and video.
Medical Team
This team of healthcare providers serves to provide medical attention to our guests in the event of an accident or emergency at Faith.
Parking Team
This team manages the flow of the parking lot for services and events, making parking easy and efficient.
Production Team
This team uses creativity and technology to reach thousands by delivering the Word and worship through audio, video, and lighting.
Safety Team
This team keeps our facility and people safe during services on Sundays, First Wednesdays and special events.
Sign Language Team
This team serves guests in the Signs of Faith deaf ministry through sign language interpretation of the Sunday and First Wednesday services.
Welcoming Team
This team loves people and makes them feel at home at Faith while providing information, direction, and/or answering questions with smiles and joy-filled hearts.
Worship Team
This team prepares the way for our congregation to encounter the presence of God through a high-impact worship experience of professional caliber. An audition process is required.

Celebrate Recovery Team
This team serves those recovering from hurts, habits, and hang-ups at Friday night gatherings that help transform harmful behaviors into victory through Christ.
Facilities/Maintenance Team
This team works behind the scenes to maintain a spirit of excellence in our facilities. Serving opportunities include setting up/tearing down after special events and conferences. There are also opportunities if you are a profession or skilled in plumbing, electrical, or construction.
Flowers/Planting/Watering Team
Planting day in early June, watering and deadheading flowers June – October as needed on your own time schedule.
Jail Ministry Team
This team prays for and carries the love and Gospel of Jesus to those in jail and correctional facilities in our area.
Local Outreach Team
This team is involved in outreach ministries to be the hands and feet of Jesus to our community by meeting people’s tangible needs.
Men’s Task Force Team
This team serves the widows and single moms in our church family by going into homes to accomplish handyman tasks each first Saturday morning of the month.
Mission Care Team
This team serves, hosts, encourages, and prays for our missionary partners based all over the world.
Prayer Team
This team is committed to lifting the personal needs of people inside and outside the church before God in prayer.
Small Group Leaders
